No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services and instant activation of IPTV subscriptions, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the service has been activated or account credentials have been delivered.
Free Trial Available
We strongly encourage all users to request a free trial before purchasing a subscription. This trial allows you to test the service quality, channel availability, and compatibility with your device.
Exceptions (if applicable)
Refunds may be considered only under the following rare circumstances:
You did not receive any account or activation credentials within 24 hours of payment (and you have contacted our support team without resolution).
Your payment was made by mistake (duplicate transaction), and the service was not yet activated.

Service Issues
If you experience service interruptions, buffering, or missing channels, please contact our technical support. Most issues can be resolved quickly by adjusting your device settings, switching servers, or changing your player app.
We do not provide refunds for:
Poor internet connection on your side.
Incompatible or outdated devices.
Temporary server outages or maintenance periods.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support first is considered a violation of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to ban accounts permanently and report fraudulent activity to relevant financial institutions.
